Simulacrum.net.nz Freeware Software End-User License

This user license agreement (the "AGREEMENT") is an agreement between you (individual or single entity) and Simon Beavis/simulacrum.net.nz (the "VENDOR"), for the software (the SOFTWARE") that is accompanying this AGREEMENT.

The SOFTWARE is the property of the VENDOR and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The SOFTWARE is not sold, it is licensed - in the case of Freeware applications no cost is involved with using the application. If you wish to use, install or distribute the SOFTWARE you must comply with the terms of this license

Terms and Conditions

YOU MAY:
* Use the SOFTWARE for personal purposes. Corporations must contact the author for permission to use the software.
* You may use the software on as many computers as you want.
* You are free to distribute exact copies of the SOFTWARE to anyone, so long as all files, including this license, are included.

YOU MAY NOT 
* Sell, rent, lease or requesting donations, for any copies of the SOFTWARE you distribute.
* You must include a copy of this license with any copy of the SOFTWARE.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The SOFTWARE is supplied "AS IS". the VENDOR disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the SOFTWARE.

DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES

The VENDOR assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the SOFTWARE, even if the VENDOR has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability of the seller will be limited to refund the purchase price.
   
Upgrades, Maintenance and Support.

During the term of this Agreement, the VENDOR is under no obligation to provide upgrades, maintenance, or installation support for the Software. The VENDOR reserves the right to revoke or modify support provided for the Software at any time, for any or no reason.
